Here's a few suggestions to enjoy our spiced rum.
First of all, this really is great just neat over some ice. This is a drier spiced rum than many, with a crackle of cinnamon, tangy star anise, followed with more citrus and a touch of maple syrup, finishing with a smack of zesty peppercorn.
But if you prefer a longer drink or a cocktail, here's a few more of our favourites.....

50ml of Devon Rum Co. spiced rum, a good coke, ice and a wedge of lime or lemon. Easy!
50ml of Devon Rum Co. spiced rum, a decent ginger beer, ice and a wedge of lime.
Drop a scoop or handful of ice in a glass, fill 2/3rds with the ginger beer, if you have it, add a squeeze of lime juice, then ‘float around 50ml of rum over a spoon into the top. Finish with a slice or wedge of lime on the top.
A simple twist on the classic recipe
50ml of Devon Rum Co Spiced Rum, 2 tsp of raw cane sugar or brown sugar or sugar syrup,
8-10 fresh mint leaves, juice from ½ a fresh lime, 100 ml of soda water, Ice.
Put the mint leaves, sugar and lime in the bottom of a tall glass, muddle the ingredients together to release the flavours. Pour in the rum, fill with ice, & top up with soda water, garnish with lime and a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
