Our Honey Spiced Rum is hand-crafted in the heart of Devon, using locally sourced wildflower honey, a blend of exotic Caribbean rums, subtle spices and crisp Devonian spring water.

The result is a sweeter spiced rum with a 37.5% ABV.

Our award-winning Honey Rum features light floral notes, with undertones of spicy cardamom and fruity raisins. It finishes with the sweet taste of Devon wildflower honey, twists of lemon zest, juicy raisins, and a generous pinch of allspice.

Best served on the rocks, or with light mixers and tonics.

I found out about them from a local Christmas market, where my partner and I tasted a few flavours out. We were particularly hooked by the Honey Spiced Rum, and a couple months later I have surprised my partner with a big bottle for his birthday. It went down a treat and was enjoyed by all friends and family. Online service was absolutely immaculate

Delicious 😋

Just bought a 70cl size bottle after road testing a smaller 35cl size bottle but that didn’t last too long as this Honey Spiced Rum is nothing short of delicious. I like it neat with just one large ice cube. I’m hooked now 👌

Love the honey sweetness

I ordered a bottle of honey spiced rum to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary- imperial topaz. A perfect colour match and a real treat.

We enjoyed it in our camper van listening to the rain.

A sheer delight
